- Why has a reward not shown up in my account?
All transactions are logged by our retailers who in turn pass on the details of your earnings to us electronically.
Some retailers only pass reports after 30 days.
Alternatively it may be that either you were not correctly logged in as a Fat Cat Rewards member before making the purchase or that the retailer's system had problems notifying us of your cash reward.
If you have not seen a transaction in your account after 30 days then please fill out the form below with the subject "missing cash reward".
We will contact the retailer on your behalf and make every effort to claim the due cashback from them.
- When will I receive my payment?
We issue approved payments Net30. For example if you passed $50 in your account in March you will receive your payment to paypal at the end of April. Cash rewards are approved when we have received it from the retailer.
Payments are issued when accounts have accrued $50 (usd) or more - if your account is under this amount then it will be carried forward to the next period.
Payments are issued automatically (we send you an email via Paypal) when you qualify, there is no need to submit a 'claim', however you must ensure your account includes your Paypal address.
- How do you issue payment?
All cash rewards are issued via Paypal.
- Can I tell people I receive a cash reward for sharing?
No you may not. We have a special relationship with our clients that allow you to share their offers. When you post to your wall or feed you are NOT allowed to tell your friends to sign up so you can get cash. Any member found to be doing this will have their account deleted immediately. Members who adhere to these guidelines have made a lot of money through our website and you can too!
